Jennifer’s Kitchen and Catering is the way Jennifer Johnson, "The Queen of Clean Cuisine" embraces her passion for good, locally grown, sustainably produced, healthy food that is delicious too! This means that Jennifer uses only those fruits and vegetables that are locally grown and farmed using sustainable farming practices. All of the meat, poultry, and dairy products used, are are farm to table, free range and/or grass fed. The fish selections are wild, safe, and are not endangered.

Jennifer is committed to your health and the health and well being of the planet. As the first and only GREEN caterer in the greater Palm Springs area, Jennifer is redefining events and event planning. She is committed to and focused on preparing and serving the best quality food available at reasonable pricing.

Jennifer knows the farmers and the products they offer and has personally chosen those with shared values in selecting vendors for the products she needs. Jennifer is saying no to GMO, (genetically modified ingredients) and to factory farming. She’s reducing her carbon footprint, and yours by the way, and she's making delicious food too!

Jennifer's commitment to you is that a minimum of 80% of the products used for your event will be sustainable, organic or better than organic and will be farm to table. In the rare instance where the menu and these values collide Jennifer will work with you to find a solutions that everyone can feel good about!

It doesn't stop with food though! Jennifer has a group of vineyards that also provide sustainable, biodynamic and or organic wines that are delightful too! She's a master at pairing the perfect wine with her fabulous food creations!

Jennifer will customize your event and has a wonderful selection of vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, and raw choices available as well as slow food, and farm to table options! She can also prepare meals to go just as you like them. She's been a personal chef to several celebrity clients, and she would love to be your personal chef too.

Since food is a passion for Jennifer, she also offers a variety of events at her Rancho Mirage location. These range from cooking classes, to wine events, to wine dinners and networking events.
