Julie's Update a continuous true story by James A Campbell

3 weeks before our wedding day in 2008, my fiancé Julie suffered a near fatal Brain Haemorrhage. Four months later and she was diagnosed with an Aneurysm and an Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM). With friends and family clambering for information I turned to emails and web forums as a quick and easy way of informing everyone of her progress. These short messages of hope and sometimes despair now span over 40 Chapters and are lovingly known as "Julie's Update".
